The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, based on what is provided in Articles 1, 2, 5 fractions I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, XIII bis and XVI, 12 fractions I, VI, VIII and XVI, 18, 18 bis, 19, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31, 36, 37, 37 A, 37 C, 39, 40, 41, 43, 47, 47 bis, 53, 57, 58, 59, 64, 64 bis, 64 ter, 65, 70, 74, 74 bis, 74 ter, 74 quáter, 74 quinquies, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 86 bis, 88, 89 90 fractions II, IV and XIII, 91, 99, 111 and 113 of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems; 167, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 181 and 302 of the Social Security Law; 101, 102, 105 fraction VII, 192, 251, Twenty-Seventh and Forty-Eighth Transitory provisions of the Decree by which the Law of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers is issued; 1., 5. last paragraph, 29 fraction II, 37, 39 and 43, of the Law of the National Housing Fund for Workers;

ELEVENTH transitory of the "Decree by which various provisions of the Social Security Law, the Law of the National Housing Fund for Workers, the Law of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers, the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems, the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law, the Federal Law for the Administration and Disposition of Public Sector Assets, and the Decree by which the Decentralized Public Agency Named National Financial Institution for Agricultural, Rural, Forestry and Fisheries Development is extinguished, and its Organic Law is repealed, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 29, 2023, for the creation of the Pension Fund for Welfare";

1, 2 fraction III and 8. first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, and

CONSIDERING

That the account statement is the document through which Workers are informed about the resources of their accounts, verify contributions, balances, movements and, in general, follow up on the evolution of their resources;

That pursuant to what is provided in Article 37-A of the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems, 48 of its Regulations and 266 of these general provisions, the Commission is authorized to establish the format to which the account statements issued by administrators must adhere, as well as the information that these formats must contain;

That due to the "Decree by which various provisions of the Social Security Law, the Law of the National Housing Fund for Workers, the Law of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers, the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems, the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law, the Federal Law for the Administration and Disposition of Public Sector Assets, and the Decree by which the Decentralized Public Agency Named National Financial Institution for Agricultural, Rural, Forestry and Fisheries Development is extinguished, and its Organic Law is repealed, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 29, 2023, for the creation of the Pension Fund for Welfare", it is necessary to modify these general provisions in order to reflect, in the account statements issued by Retirement Fund Administrators, the balance related to the resources of the Retirement, Seniority and Old Age Subaccounts, as well as housing resources that, if applicable, are transferred to the Pension Fund for Welfare;

That in terms of Article 71 fourth paragraph of the General Law for Regulatory Improvement, and pursuant to what was determined by the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement through letter CONAMER/24/2105 dated May 9, 2024, this addition does not imply compliance costs for private parties, therefore it has been deemed appropriate to issue the following:

ADDITION TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS ON OPERATIONS OF THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEMS

UNIQUE.- Article 266 of the "General Provisions on Operations of Retirement Savings Systems", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 28, 2015, as well as its modifications and additions, is ADDED with a final paragraph, to read as follows:

"Article 266. ... ... ... ... ... The Commission will modify the account statement formats in order to comply with what is established in the Decree by which various provisions of the Social Security Law, the Law of the National Housing Fund for Workers, the Law of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers, the Law of the Retirement Savings Systems, the Federal Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Law, the Federal Law for the Administration and Disposition of Public Sector Assets, and the Decree by which the decentralized public agency named National Financial Institution for Agricultural, Rural, Forestry and Fisheries Development is extinguished, and its Organic Law is repealed, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 29, 2023, for the creation of the Pension Fund for Welfare, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on April 30, 2024."

TRANSITORY UNIQUE. This Addition to the General Provisions on Operations of the Retirement Savings Systems shall enter into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. Likewise, upon the entry into force of this Addition, all provisions that conflict with it are repealed.
