Addition to the General Provisions on Operations of Retirement Savings Systems
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System adds a final paragraph to Article 266 of its General Provisions, requiring administrators to modify account statement formats to reflect balances in Retirement, Seniority and Old Age Subaccounts, as well as housing resources transferred to the Pension Fund for Welfare. This change implements the decree creating the Pension Fund for Welfare published on April 30, 2024. The addition enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
