Agreement declaring the May 21, 2012 agreement on the disincorporation and sale of two properties in Cuernavaca, Morelos, without effect

AGREEMENT by which it is made known that the similar agreement by which two properties with areas of 2,613.00 square meters and 1,267.00 square meters located on Acceso Club del Lago street numbers 2 and 4, respectively, Flores Magón Neighborhood, in the city of Cuernavaca, State of Morelos, were disincorporated from the federal public domain regime, and their sale for valuable consideration through public bidding was authorized, dated May 21, 2012, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on May 30, 2012, is without effect.

A seal with the National Coat of Arms appears on the margin, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.- ADSE-02-2025.

AGREEMENT BY WHICH IT IS MADE KNOWN THAT THE SIMILAR AGREEMENT BY WHICH TWO PROPERTIES WITH AREAS OF 2,613.00 SQUARE METERS AND 1,267.00 SQUARE METERS LOCATED ON ACCESO CLUB DEL LAGO STREET NUMBERS 2 AND 4, RESPECTIVELY, FLORES MAGÓN NEIGHBORHOOD, IN THE CITY OF CUERNAVACA, STATE OF MORELOS, WERE DISINCORPORATED FROM THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN REGIME, AND THEIR SALE FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION THROUGH PUBLIC BIDDING WAS AUTHORIZED, DATED MAY 21, 2012, PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE FEDERATION ON MAY 30, 2012, IS WITHOUT EFFECT.

Based on the provisions of Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 26, fraction VI, and 31, fractions XXIX and XXX, of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 6, fraction XXI, 11, fraction I, 28, fraction I, 29, fraction I, and 101, fraction X, of the General Law of National Assets; 1, 4, section G, fraction V, 48, and 49, of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Treasury and Public Credit; and 1, 3, fractions VIII, X, and XXVI, 4, fraction I, subsection a), and 6, fraction XXXIII, of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets;

AND CONSIDERING

FIRST.- That on May 30, 2012, the Agreement by which two properties with areas of 2,613.00 square meters and 1,267.00 square meters located on Acceso Club del Lago street numbers 2 and 4, respectively, Flores Magón Neighborhood in the City of Cuernavaca, State of Morelos, were disincorporated from the federal public domain regime was published in the Official Journal of the Federation, whose ownership is evidenced by Public Deed number 129, Volume IX, dated December 11, 1996, granted before Notary Public number 2 and the Federal Real Estate of the First Judicial District of the State of Morelos, registered in the Federal Property Registry under real folio numbers 56175 and 56176, both dated September 1, 2000, and their sale for valuable consideration through public bidding was authorized, registered in the Federal Property Registry under Real Folios number 56175/1, 56175/2, 56176/1, and 56176/2, all dated June 11, 2012.

SECOND.- That as of the date of this instrument, the sale for valuable consideration through public bidding of the properties described in the preceding consideration has not been carried out, because this Institute is taking the necessary actions for their recovery, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law of National Assets and other applicable provisions.

AGREEMENT

FIRST.- The "Agreement by which two properties with areas of 2,613.00 square meters and 1,267.00 square meters located on Acceso Club del Lago street numbers 2 and 4, respectively, Flores Magón Neighborhood, in the City of Cuernavaca, State of Morelos, are disincorporated from the federal public domain regime, and their sale for valuable consideration through public bidding is authorized," published in the Official Journal of the Federation on May 30, 2012, is without effect.

SECOND.- The properties subject of this Agreement are incorporated into the federal public domain regime under Federal Real Estate Registry numbers 17-4545-6 and 17-4544-7.

THIRD.- This Agreement shall be published in the Official Journal of the Federation and registered in the Federal Property Registry.

This Agreement shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
