Agreement declaring the May 21, 2012 agreement on the disincorporation and sale of two properties in Cuernavaca, Morelos, without effect
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets declares the May 2012 agreement authorizing the public auction sale of two federal properties in Cuernavaca, Morelos, without effect because the sale was not completed. The properties are reincorporated into the federal public domain under Federal Real Estate Registry numbers 17-4545-6 and 17-4544-7. This agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on August 4, 2025.
