Alabama Consumer Credit Act: Additional Reports and Records

The Alabama Department of Financial Institutions issued this regulation under the Alabama Consumer Credit Act to empower the Supervisor of the Bureau of Loans. It mandates that each licensee maintain and submit additional reports and records as determined necessary by the Supervisor. This authority supplements existing statutory requirements regarding the timing and format of such submissions.

155-2-2-.06 Additional Reports and Records Alabama Consumer Credit Act

  1. In addition to the reports and records required elsewhere in the Act and regulations, each licensee shall maintain and/or submit to the Bureau of Loans such other reports and records at such time and in such form as the Supervisor shall require.
