Amendatory Circular 10/22 to the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties
This document modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties to update the list of authorized reinsurance intermediaries as of August 31, 2022. The amendment enters into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The text enumerates 34 specific entities authorized to intermediate reinsurance or re-surety operations with insurance and surety institutions.

The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties, based on the provisions of articles 106, 366, section II, 372, sections VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and
CONSIDERATIONS
That in accordance with article 106 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, in concordance with Chapter 35.1. of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties, it is the competence of the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties to authorize the Reinsurance Intermediaries that can intermediate reinsurance or re-surety operations with insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies and surety institutions.
That through Annex 35.1.9. of the Circular referred to above, this Commission makes known the list of reinsurance intermediaries authorized for the purposes indicated above, which it is necessary to update by virtue of the authorizations, revocations and changes in legal status that occur during the course of the year.
That by virtue of the foregoing, this National Commission of Insurance and Sureties has resolved to issue the following modification to the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties in the following terms, with the purpose of making known the list of authorized reinsurance intermediaries as of August 31, 2022.

SOLE.- Annex 35.1.9. of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties is modified.
TRANSITIONAL
SOLE.- This Amendatory Circular will enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
The foregoing is made known to you, based on articles 106, 366, section II, 372, sections VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions .
