Amendatory Circular 10/22 to the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties
This document modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties to update the list of authorized reinsurance intermediaries as of August 31, 2022. The amendment enters into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation. The text enumerates 34 specific entities authorized to intermediate reinsurance or re-surety operations with insurance and surety institutions.
