AMENDATORY CIRCULAR 13/23 TO THE UNIFIED INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

AMENDATORY CIRCULAR 13/23 TO THE UNIFIED INSURANCE AND SURETY CIRCULAR

The National Insurance and Surety Commission, based on the provisions of articles 106, 366, section II, 372, sections VI and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and:

CONSIDERING

That in terms of what is established in article 106 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, in accordance with Chapter 35.1. of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular, it is the competence of the National Insurance and Surety Commission to authorize the Reinsurance Intermediaries that can intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutualist Societies, which implies following up, among others, on the acts of authorization, revocation and changes in legal situation that such entities present; and whose information is made known through Annex 35.1.9. of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular.

That by virtue of the foregoing, it is necessary to update the validity of Annex 35.1.9. of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular, relating to the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries.

Based on the foregoing, the National Insurance and Surety Commission has resolved to issue the following modification to the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular in the following terms:

SOLE. - Annex 35.1.9. of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular is modified.

TRANSITORY ARTICLES

FIRST. - Publish in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

SECOND. - This Amendatory Circular shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
