Amendatory Circular 13/23 to the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular
This circular modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular to update the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries capable of intermediating reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutualist Societies. It establishes a list of 36 authorized entities, including Willis México and Aon México, effective as of November 30, 2023. The National Insurance and Surety Commission resolved this modification based on articles 106, 366, 372, 373, and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, with entry into force occurring the day after publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
