AMENDATORY CIRCULAR 7/23 TO THE SINGLE CIRCULAR FOR INSURANCE AND SURETIES

The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties, based on the provisions of articles 366,
section
II, 367, section II, 372, sections VI, XIII and XLII, 373 and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and
WHEREAS
That in accordance with the provisions of articles 195 and 344 of the Law of Insurance and
Surety Institutions, the Institutions, as well as the Mutual Insurance Societies, may only close their doors
and suspend their operations on the days authorized for such purpose by the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties,
through publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation, considering such days as non-business for the
effects of the operations that said institutions and societies are authorized to practice in the terms
of their respective authorizations.
That by Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on October 6, 1993,
which was reformed by the diverse Presidential Decree published in the same official medium on January
27, 2006, the Official Calendar was established in which the historical dates of
national commemoration are included which, due to their meaning and importance, are mandatory rest for the
workers of the dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration.
That by decree published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on February 10, 2014, it was reformed
article 83 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, in order to indicate in terms of the
transitory FIFTEENTH that " the presidential period comprised between the years 2018 and 2024 will begin on
December 1, 2018 and will conclude on September 30, 2024. " , corresponding to the day October 1,
2024 to the transfer of the Federal Executive Power.
That in accordance with the provisions of article 48 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission
of Insurance and Sureties, the days on which work is suspended at the Commission, or when its offices
remain closed, prior notice given, will be considered non-business for all legal effects.
For the foregoing, the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties has resolved to modify the
Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties, to remain in the following terms:

SOLE. - Annex 13.2.1 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties is modified.
TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
FIRST. - Publish in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
SECOND. - This Amendatory Circular will enter into force the day following its publication in the
Official Gazette of the Federation.
