Amendatory Circular 7/23 to the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties (Annex 13.2.1.)
Annex 13.2.1 of the Single Circular for Insurance and Sureties is modified, specifying the non-business days for 2024 during which insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies may close and suspend operations. The designated dates include January 1, February 5, March 18, March 28-29, May 1, September 16, October 1, November 18, and December 25. The circular enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
