ATTACHMENT "A" STATE OF FLORIDA OFFICE OF FINANCIAL REGULATION IN RE: APPLICATION BY COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO ELGA, LTDA., Case No.: 135873 TIBURCIO, TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS, FOR AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH AN INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE STIPULATION FOR AMENDED FINAL ORDER OF APPROVAL \VHEREAS, a Final Order of Approval was entered on February 12, 2026, granting Cooperativa de Ahorro y Credito ELGA, Ltda., Tiburcio, Tegucigalpa, Honduras ("Applicant") approval for authority to establish an international representative office in Florida. WHEREAS, pursuant to section 663.06(1)(d), Florida Statutes, office location must be recorded for licensure purposes, and the Final Order of Approval requires the Applicant's office to be located at 121 Alhambra Plaza, Miami, Florida. WHEREAS, the Applicant now desires to change its office location and does hereby amend its application to reflect a different office address, to wit: 777 NW 72nd Ave, Suite 3158 B, Miami, Florida, 33126. WHEREAS, the Applicant requests the entry of an amended order reflecting said new office location. THIS STIPULATION is made on this ~~ day of Jun~ 2026, between the Office of Financial Regulation ("Office") and the Applicant as follows:

1. The Office and the Applicant hereby agree and stipulate to the entry of an Amended Final Order of Approval amending the Applicant's office location to 777 NW 72nd Ave, Suite 3158 B, Miami, Florida, 33126, with all other terms and conditions of the Final Order of Approval remaining unchanged.

2. The Applicant does hereby fonnally amend its application requesting an international representative office location of 777 NW 72nd Ave, Suite 3158 B, Miami, Florida, 33126.

3. The Applicant hereby waives the receipt of any Notice of Rights and waives any right to appeal otherwise associated with the entry of a final order or amended final order.
