AMENDING AGREEMENT to the Declaration of Subjecthood to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/594/2018, of the federal property named Palacio de Bellas Artes y Literatura, located at Avenida Hidalgo number 1, Colonia Centro, C.P. 06050, Delegation Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, with a surface area of 1200.00 square meters, dated September 10, 2018, published on October 12, 2018.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Finance.- Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

AMENDING AGREEMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF SUBJECTHOOD TO THE FEDERAL PUBLIC DOMAIN REGIME NUMBER DSRDPF/594/2018, OF THE FEDERAL PROPERTY NAMED "PALACIO DE BELLAS ARTES Y LITERATURA", LOCATED AT AVENIDA HIDALGO NUMBER 1, COLONIA CENTRO, C.P. 06050, DELEGATION CUAUHTÉMOC, MEXICO CITY, WITH A SURFACE AREA OF 1200.00 SQUARE METERS, DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2018, PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE FEDERATION ON OCTOBER 12, 2018.

Gabriela Guerrero Aguilar, General Director of Administration of the Federal Real Estate Assets of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, Decentralized Administrative Body of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, with basis in what is provided by articles 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 2 paragraph I, 17, 26, 31 paragraphs XXIX and XXX, of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 2, paragraphs II, IV, VI and VII, 3 paragraph III, 4 first and second paragraphs, 6 paragraph VI, 10, 13, 28, paragraphs I, III and VII, 29, paragraphs I and IV and 32, paragraphs III and IV, 42, paragraph V, 43, 48 and 101 paragraph III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 paragraph VI and 4 of the Law of the Official Gazette of the Federations and Government Gazettes; 2 and 4 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law; 4 g subsection V, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulation of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit; 1, 3, paragraph X, 4 paragraph I, subsection e), 5, 6 paragraph XXXIII; 7 paragraphs XIV and XXIII and 11 paragraphs I and V of the Regulation of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets; and First of the Delegatory Agreement, issued by the President of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federations on March 8, 2017; and C O N S I D E R I N G

First.- That on October 12, 2018, the Declaration of Subjecthood to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/594/2018, dated September 10, 2018, was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), by which it is established that the property named "Palacio de Bellas Artes y Literatura", with the data indicated in the following table, is subject to the federal public domain regime:

Second.- That the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature updated the data contained in the Card of the System of Inventory of Federal and Paraestatal Real Estate Assets, of the property with Federal Real Estate Registration 9-17561-6, in the sections of Property Name, adjacency and land surface area.

Third.- That through letter number DAJ/CAJ/DLC/1353/2021, dated August 11, 2021, the Legal Affairs Directorate of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature requested the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, Administrative Unit of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, to carry out modifications to the Declaration of Subjecthood to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/594/2018, regarding the name of the property and its adjacencies.

Fourth.- That on November 11, 2021, the Clarification Note to the Declaration Number DSRDPF/594/2018, dated September 10, 2018, was published in the DOF, in which the sections of Property Name, adjacency and land surface area were modified.

Fifth.- That through letter number DRM/0327/2024, dated March 11, 2024, the Materials Resources Directorate of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature informed the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, Administrative Unit of the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, that the Plaza Bellas Artes, situated in front of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, is part of the same property, as stated in article 4, paragraph III of the Law creating the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature and the Decree declaring that the plaza situated in front of the Palacio de Bellas Artes forms part of the national public domain because it had been assigned to the assets of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature, published in the DOF on August 25, 1947, therefore it made modifications to the Inventory Card with Federal Real Estate Registration number 9-17561-6, regarding the surface area, adjacencies and measures of the property, supported by topographic plan number DRPCI/7141/9-17561-6/ 2023/T of March 22, 2023, and requested an Amending Agreement be issued so as to provide certainty to interested parties to whom it applies.

Sixth. - That based on the study and analysis of the documentary background available in the Federal and Paraestatal Real Estate Information System, as well as the motivation presented that supports this Agreement and to comply with the request of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature, I have deemed it appropriate to issue the following:

First .- The name, surface area, measures and adjacencies of the Declaration of Subjecthood to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/594/2018 are modified, according to topographic plan number DRPCI/7141/9-17561-6/2023/T, of March 22, 2023, and to the modifications made to the Inventory Card with Federal Real Estate Registration 9-17561-6, to remain as follows:

TRANSITORY PROVISIONS

UNIQUE . - This Amending Agreement shall enter into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
