Amending Agreement to the Declaration of Subjecthood to the Federal Public Domain Regime Number DSRDPF/594/2018 for the Federal Property Named Palacio de Bellas Artes y Literatura
The agreement modifies the declaration of subjecthood to the federal public domain regime for the property formerly known as "Palacio de Bellas Artes y Literatura," renaming it "Palacio de Bellas Artes" and updating its location details to include Colonia Centro Histórico and Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc. It increases the registered land surface area from 1200.00 square meters to 18219.4280 square meters and adjusts the boundary measurements and adjacent streets to reflect the inclusion of the Plaza Bellas Artes. These changes are based on topographic plan DRPCI/7141/9-17561-6/2023/T and update the Federal Real Estate Registration 9-17561-6. The agreement enters into force on the next business day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
