Amending Circular 3/25 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
This circular modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries as of June 30, 2025. The updated list includes 36 specific entities, such as Aon México, BMS Re México, and Willis México, which are authorized to intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutual Societies. AMENDING CIRCULAR 3/25 OF THE SINGLE CIRCULAR ON INSURANCE AND SURETIES
(ANNEX 35.1.9)
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties, based on the provisions of Articles 106, 366, fraction II, 372, fractions VI and XLII, 373, and 381 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, and:
CONSIDERING
That, in accordance with Article 106 of the Law of Insurance and Surety Institutions, in conjunction with Chapter 35.1. of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties, it is the competence of the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties to authorize Reinsurance Intermediaries who may intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutual Societies. This implies providing attention, among other things, to acts of authorization, revocation, and changes in legal status presented by such entities, and whose information for consultation is made known through Annex 35.1.9. of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties.
That, in view of the foregoing, it is necessary to update Annex 35.1.9. of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties regarding the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries.
For the aforementioned reasons, the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties has resolved to issue the following modification to the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties in the following terms:

SINGLE. - Annex 35.1.9. of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties is modified.
TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
FIRST.- Publish in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
SECOND.- This Amending Circular shall enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
