Amending Circular 3/25 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
This circular modifies Annex 35.1.9 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties to update the list of authorized Reinsurance Intermediaries as of June 30, 2025. The updated list includes 36 specific entities, such as Aon México, BMS Re México, and Willis México, which are authorized to intermediate reinsurance or surety operations with Institutions and Mutual Societies. The modification enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
