Real estate financing initiative for middle-income earners at an interest rate of 12% (declining balance) instead of 8% (declining balance).

Real estate financing initiative for low and middle-income earners at an interest rate of 8% (declining balance) instead of 3% (declining balance).

These amendments shall be applied to any new loans within the framework of the real estate financing initiatives mentioned above

Effective from the date of the decision (October 15, 2025).
