Banks must credit funds released from bank deposit certificates used for establishing, fully or partially paying, or increasing a company's issued capital into the company's accounts in the same currency recorded in its commercial register and articles of association. This requirement applies to amounts released from certificates issued pursuant to the periodic letter of March 24, 2003 and subsequent letters. The directive mandates adherence to this currency matching rule for all relevant transactions.

Mr. Professor/ Chairman of the Board of Directors

Greetings and afterwards,

With reference to the periodic letter issued on March 24, 2003 and the subsequent periodic letters regarding the controls

that must be observed when issuing bank deposit certificates by banks for establishing companies accordingly or completing the payment of capital

issued capital partially or fully or increasing capital.

I would like to emphasize that when you release the amounts listed in those issued certificates, you must add them to the accounts

of the company in the same currency as recorded in the commercial register and its الخاصة بها.

Please kindly pay attention to adhering to the above.

And please accept my highest regards,
