Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on Requirements for Internal Regulatory Documents of Commercial Banks by the Central Bank

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amendments and additions shall be made to the Regulation on Requirements for Internal Regulatory Documents of Commercial Banks by the Central Bank, approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 22, 2000, No. 466 (registration number 916, April 5, 2000) (Information Bulletin of Ministries, State Committees and Departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 7), attached hereto.

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 8, 2022, No. 14/7

Amendments and additions being made to the Regulation on Requirements for Internal Regulatory Documents of Commercial Banks by the Central Bank

Paragraph 1.1 shall be worded as follows:

"1.1. This Regulation establishes the requirements imposed by the Central Bank on the internal regulatory documents of commercial banks related to banking operations."

In paragraph 3.1 :

a second bullet point shall be added with the following content:

"The legal opinion must reflect compliance of the draft internal regulatory document with legislative acts and the requirements imposed on internal regulatory documents established by this Regulation.";

the second bullet point shall be considered the third bullet point.
