Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on Requirements for Internal Regulatory Documents of Commercial Banks by the Central Bank
The resolution amends the Regulation on Requirements for Internal Regulatory Documents of Commercial Banks by updating the scope definition in paragraph 1.1 to explicitly cover internal documents related to banking operations. It adds a requirement in paragraph 3.1 that legal opinions must reflect compliance with legislation and internal document requirements, renumbering the subsequent clause. Additionally, Chapter IV of the Regulation is declared void.
