The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan deletes the requirement for evidence of payment of a non-refundable renewal fee of one hundred thousand from sub-regulation (1) of Regulation 7 of the Debt Securities Trustees Regulations, 2017. This amendment aligns the regulations with the fee revision directive issued by the Policy Board via S.R.O. 716(I)/2019 dated July 2, 2019.
GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN Islamabad, the 28th October, 2019 NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 1283 (I)/2019. __ In exercise of powers conferred by section 169 of the Securities Act, 2015 (III of 2015), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Debt Securities Trustees Regulations, 2017, the same having been previously published vide Notification S.R.O. 748(I)/2019, dated July 05, 2019, and placed on the website of the Commission as required by sub-section (4) of the said section namely:- In the aforesaid Regulations, in Regulation 7, in sub-regulation (1), the words “and evidence of payment of non-refundable renewal fee of one hundred thousand” shall be deleted.
