The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan amends Regulation 43(4) to restrict foreign persons, excluding foreign anchor investors, from collectively holding more than ten percent of the total issued share capital of the Exchange. The Commission retains the authority to increase this limit to twenty percent if deemed in the interest of capital markets. These amendments take effect from December 26, 2017.
