Amendments to the Law on the Regulation of the Financial and Monetary Sector, 5760-2000

Section 1: The Law on the Regulation of the Financial and Monetary Sector, 5760-2000 (hereinafter: "the Law"), is amended as follows:

Section 2: In Section 1 of the Law, the definition of "financial institution" is deleted and the following definition is inserted in its place: "financial institution" - a financial institution as defined in the Banking Law, 5741-1981, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Administration and Investment Marketing, 5755-1995, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Insurance, 5741-1981, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Pensions, 5765-2005, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Mutual Funds, 5754-1994, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Credit Bureaus, 5761-2001, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Payment Services, 5780-2020, or a financial institution as defined in the Law on the Regulation of Virtual Currency Providers, 5781-2021, or any other entity defined as a financial institution in regulations made under this Law.

Section 3: In Section 2 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 4: In Section 3 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 5: In Section 4 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 6: In Section 5 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 7: In Section 6 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 8: In Section 7 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 9: In Section 8 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 10: In Section 9 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 11: In Section 10 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 12: In Section 11 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 13: In Section 12 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 14: In Section 13 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 15: In Section 14 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 16: In Section 15 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 17: In Section 16 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 18: In Section 17 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 19: In Section 18 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 20: In Section 19 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 21: In Section 20 of the Law, the following subsections are added: (1) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to provide information, documents, or explanations, and to produce any record, book, or document in his possession or under his control. (2) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, enter any premises, place, or vehicle, and inspect any record, book, or document, and take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (3) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him. (4) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (5) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom. (6) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to examine any computer system or electronic device, and to take copies of any data stored therein. (7) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof. (8) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document. (9) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle. (10) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (11) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any premises, place, or vehicle, and to take photographs or video recordings thereof, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the premises, place, or vehicle, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require. (12) The Central Bank may, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Law, require any person to permit an inspector appointed by the Central Bank to inspect any record, book, or document, and to take copies thereof or extracts therefrom, and to require the person to provide explanations regarding the record, book, or document, and to require the person to submit a report in writing, signed by him, containing such information as the Central Bank may require, and to require the person to undergo an examination under oath, and to answer any question put to him.

Section 22: In Section 21 of the Law, the following subsections
