RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON

ON AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR COMMERCIAL BANKS TO LEND IN NATIONAL CURRENCY TO HOUSING PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATIONS

This resolution is declared void on the basis of the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 3/3 dated February 24, 2021 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Lend in National Currency to Housing Property Owners' Associations, as well as on Declaring Void Amendments and Additions Thereto" (registration number 1126-6, dated 25.03.2021).

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 100 dated May 30, 2006 "On Approval of the Model Charter of a Private Housing Property Owners' Association and the Model Contract between a Private Housing Property Owners' Association and the Owner of a Non-Residential Premises in an Apartment Building", the Board of the Central Bank resolves:

1. Amendments shall be made to the "Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Lend in National Currency to Housing Property Owners' Associations" (dated April 18, 2002, registration number 1126 — Normative Documents Bulletin 2002, No. 8) in accordance with the attached annex *.

• The Annex is provided in the Russian language text.

2. This resolution shall enter into force ten days after the day of its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. From the date of entry into force of this resolution, the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank No. 16/8 dated July 14, 2006 "On Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Lend in National Currency to Housing Property Owners' Associations" shall be declared void.
