Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Lend in National Currency to Housing Property Owners' Associations
The Central Bank of Uzbekistan Board amends the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks to Lend in National Currency to Housing Property Owners' Associations by approving changes listed in the attached annex. The decision simultaneously repeals the Board's Resolution No. 16/8 dated July 14, 2006, regarding previous amendments to the same regulation. The resolution enters into force ten days after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
