Regarding the approval of the mandatory withdrawal request addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company „Întreprinderea de colectare a cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE”

Having taken note of the results of the voluntary takeover offer for shares issued by the Joint Stock Company „Întreprinderea de colectare a cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE” and following the examination of materials submitted by the bidder „GLORIA-QVARC” SRL,
on the basis of Article 8 letter k), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, Article 30 paragraph (3) of Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, point 120, point 122 and point 122³ of the Regulation on public purchase offers (CNPF Decision no. 33/1/2015), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The mandatory withdrawal request initiated by the bidder „GLORIA-QVARC” SRL, addressed to the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company „Întreprinderea de colectare a cerealelor din REDIUL-MARE” (IDNO 1003604006833, MD-7131, raion Ocnița, village Rediul-Mare), concerning 7 734 ordinary named shares, is approved.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt boulevard, no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
