Gentlemen:
Considering the provisions of Circular Letter ASFI/DSR I/CC-2792/2020 of April 9, 2020, which extends the hours of public service to the general public, starting April 15, 2020, from 07:00 to 12:00, in order to prioritize the payment of pensions, disability pensions, retirement benefits, and bonuses disbursed by the State, it is communicated that this instruction applies to all Branches and Agencies, as maintained by Financial Intermediation Entities at the national level, according to the following table:
