Gentlemen:

In accordance with Supreme Decree No. 4314 of August 27, 2020, which establishes the transition from quarantine to the post-confinement phase, the Financial System Supervision Authority establishes that, effective September 2, 2020, the public service hours for Financial Intermediation Entities shall be from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with these entities required to proceed with the daily closure of their operations by 4:00 PM.

In this regard, Financial Intermediation Entities must maximize their efforts to ensure that public service is provided within the established hours, taking into account that this instruction applies to all Financial Service Points available to Financial Intermediation Entities nationwide.
