ASFI Circular Letter DSR I CC-4736 2020 of September 1, 2020
Effective September 2, 2020, Financial Intermediation Entities must limit public service hours to 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with daily operations required to close by 4:00 PM. This mandate applies to all Financial Service Points available to these entities nationwide.
