Authorization of Reorganization of Joint-Stock Company BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINET into a Limited Liability Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova authorized the transformation of the Joint-Stock Company BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINET into a Limited Liability Company following a review of the company's application. Regarding the authorization of the reorganization of the Joint-Stock Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINET” from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company
Following the examination of the application of the Joint-Stock Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINET” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 4556 on June 11, 2025) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on June 24, 2025,
on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 9 and point 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint-stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The reorganization of the Joint-Stock Company “BAZA DE TRANSPORT AUTO-12 EDINET” (IDNO 1002604000801, MD-4601, Edinet town, Independenței str. 19) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.
- This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
