Regarding the authorization of the reorganization

of the Joint Stock Company "DACIA-PI" from a joint stock company into a limited liability company

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "DACIA-PI" (dated 04.09.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization through transformation, as well as the accompanying documents,

based on Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 9 and point 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of joint stock companies (Decision of the CNPF No. 23/1/2021), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company "DACIA-PI" (IDNO 1004600047095, MD-2036, Chisinau city, Voluntarilor str. 8) through transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
