Joint Stock Company „STIL-S”
from joint stock company to limited liability company
Following the examination of the application submitted by Joint Stock Company „STIL-S” (08.02.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents,
pursuant to Articles 92 and 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies,
Articles 204 and 222 of the Civil Code, Article 21(1)(g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, Articles 20(1) and 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, points 9 and 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021),
points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The reorganization of Joint Stock Company „STIL-S” (IDNO 1003600108865, MD-2039, Chisinau city, Ion Creangă str. 47, ap.(office) 1) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.
- This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary application with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
- This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is notified to the recipient in accordance with legislation, published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
