On the Authorization of Reorganization

of Joint Stock Company “DAAC-OLIMP”
from a joint stock company to a limited liability company

Following the examination of the application submitted by Joint Stock Company “DAAC-OLIMP” (21.05.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full on 29.05.2024,
pursuant to Article 92 and Article 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies,
Article 204 and Article 222 of the Civil Code, Article 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 9 and point 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021),
point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission RESOLVES:

1. The reorganization of Joint Stock Company “DAAC-OLIMP” (IDNO 1003602002118, MD-3100, Bălți city, Pușkin str. 47) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
