Following the examination of the application submitted by Mixed Enterprise „URBATER” SA (25.04.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full volume on 21.05.2024,
pursuant to Article 92 and Article 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint-Stock Companies,
Article 204 and Article 222 of the Civil Code, Article 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, Article 20 para. (1) and Article 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 9 and point 19 of the Regulation on Authorization of Reorganization of Joint-Stock Companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021),
point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on Organization and Operation of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
