The National Commission for Financial Markets authorizes the reorganization of Joint Stock Company FABRICA DE GALANTERIE A INVALIZILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR „FĂURARUL” by transformation into Limited Liability Company „CERNEI GROUP”. This decision is based on the examination of the application submitted on July 9, 2026, and complies with relevant provisions of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies and the Civil Code. The decision enters into force on the date of adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website.

(1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para.
