(1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, points 9 and 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of a joint stock company (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022), The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

1. The reorganization of the Joint Stock Company FABRICA DE GALANTERIE
   A INVALIZILOR ȘI PENSIONARILOR „FĂURARUL” (IDNO 1002600015599, MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Mihai Eminescu street 63) by transformation into the Limited Liability Company „CERNEI GROUP” is authorized.
2. This Decision may be challenged by submitting a preliminary application to the
   CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee
   according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
