Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "SUCEAVA" (09.09.2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents,
on the basis of Art. 92 and Art. 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 204 and Art. 222 of the Civil Code, Art. 21 para. (1) lit. g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, point 9 and point 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of the reorganization of joint stock companies (Decision of the CNPF No. 23/1/2021), point 16, point 19 and point 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
