Regarding the authorization of the reorganization

Production and Trade Company „N.D. TRADING FIRM INTL” SA
from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company

Following the examination of the application submitted by Production and Trade Company „N.D. TRADING FIRM INTL” SA (May 30, 2024) regarding the authorization of reorganization by transformation, as well as the accompanying documents submitted in full on June 18, 2024,
pursuant to Article 92 and Article 97 of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Articles 204 and 222 of the Civil Code, Article 21(1)(g) of Law No. 220/2007 on the state registration of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs, Articles 20(1) and 22(3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, points 9 and 19 of the Regulation on the authorization of reorganization of joint-stock companies (CNPF Decision No. 23/1/2021), and points 16, 19, and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

1. The reorganization of Production and Trade Company „N.D. TRADING FIRM INTL” SA (IDNO 1002600002298, MD-2001, Chișinău municipality, 31 August 1989 Street, No. 30, Apt. 7) by transformation into a limited liability company is authorized.

2. This Decision may be appealed by filing a preliminary request with the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
