Notice of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) Relating to the Annual Questionnaire on Automobile Insurance Experience in Québec
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) requires all authorized damage insurers in Québec to electronically submit their annual automobile insurance experience questionnaire via AMF E-Services. This filing fulfills statutory obligations under sections 177, 178, and 181 of the Automobile Insurance Act and enables the regulator to complete its provincial rate analysis. Insurers bear full responsibility for delivering accurate documentation by the January 31, 2020 deadline.
