Draft Regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations
The securities regulator issued a draft regulation to amend Regulation 31-103 regarding registration requirements and ongoing obligations for registrants. The amendment modifies Section 8.12 by replacing specific provincial references in paragraph (3) with a general reference to subsection (2) and repealing paragraph (4). This regulatory change is scheduled to come into force on December 31, 2019.
