Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 52-109 respecting Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings
Canadian securities regulators amended Policy Statement to Regulation 52-109 to align certification requirements with the phased implementation of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval Plus (SEDAR+).
