Non-bank Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Revocation Notice 2018
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand issued this notice to revoke the Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Notice 2011. The revocation occurs because the 2011 exemption has been superseded by the Non-bank Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Notice 2018. This notice came into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette.
