RESERV:E BANI( OF NEW ZEALAND TE POTEA MATUA Non-bank Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Revocation Notice 2018 Under section 70 of the Non-bank Deposit Takers Act 2013, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand gives the following notice (to which is appended a statement of reasons of the Bank). Notice 1 Title This notice is the Non-bank Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Revocation Notice 2018. 2 Commencement This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. 3 Revocation The Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Notice 2011 (SR 2011/259) is revoked. 2 Statement of reasons This notice, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette revokes the Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Notice 2011. That notice is revoked as it has now been superseded by the Non-bank Deposit Takers (Nelson Building Society) Exemption Notice 2018 which came into force on 11 October 2018. Ref #7756722 vl.1
