The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves the new Table of Service Commissions and Table of Fines, which become effective on January 1, 2023. This resolution revokes Board Resolution No. 146/2021 and its modification via Resolution No. 103/2022. The approved tables establish specific fees for public sector transactions, financial system services, and penalties for non-compliance with reporting and operational requirements.

Article 1.- Approve the Table of Service Commissions and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia, which form part of this Resolution as an annex.
Article 2.- The Table of Service Commissions and the Table of Fines of the Central Bank of Bolivia will enter into effect from January 1, 2023.
Article 3.- From January 1, 2023, Board Resolution No. 146/2021 and the modification approved by Board Resolution No. 103/2022 of November 8, 2022, are hereby repealed.
