In this context.

In accordance with Rule 11C(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, the Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'BASIC Bank Limited (Bangladesh Small Industries and Commerce Bank Ltd.)' to 'BASIC Bank PLC (Bangladesh Small Industries and Commerce Bank PLC)' (in English: 'BASIC Bank PLC (Bangladesh Small Industries and Commerce Bank PLC)') in the list of scheduled banks, effective Thursday, 05 Agrahayan 1432 corresponding to 20 November, 2025. A copy of the notification number BRPD(LS-1)/745(09)/2025-15094 dated 20 November, 2025 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
