BRPD Circular Letter No. 35: Regarding amendment of People's Republic of Bangladesh Flag Rules, 1972
The document directs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to strictly follow the instructions contained in S.R.O. No. 247-Law/2023, issued by the Ministry of Cabinet Division of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh on August 9, 2023. With reference to the subject cited above, you are hereby directed to strictly follow the instructions contained in S.R.O. No. 247-Law/2023 (Copy enclosed), issued by the Ministry of Cabinet Division of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh via notification on August 9, 2023.
- These directives are issued under the powers conferred by Section 45 of the Bank Company Act, 1991, and shall take immediate effect.
