Context of Name Change of 'Southeast Bank Limited' to 'Southeast Bank PLC'

In accordance with Section 11C(a) of the Companies Act, 1994, Bangladesh Bank has changed the name of 'Southeast Bank Limited' to 'Southeast Bank PLC' (in English: Southeast Bank PLC) in the list of scheduled banks, effective Monday, 07 November 2023, corresponding to 22 Kartik 1430. A copy of the Notification No. BRPD(LS-1)/745(22)/2023-9403 issued on 07 November 2023 is attached herewith for your information and necessary action.
