Bulletin 2009-5: Corrections
The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin 2009-5 to formally withdraw previous directives INS 2009-1 and INS 2009-4. This administrative action applies to all health insurers, producers, and representatives within the state. The corrections take effect immediately upon issuance on June 16, 2009.
