2 As the wildfire situation changes and as evacuation orders continue to be adjusted, the Division of Financial Regulation (division) will make updates as needed to the listed ZIP codes on a timely basis. If the bulletin is updated, the division will include any dates necessary for compliance with the emergency order. Communication about any updates will be provided through GovDelivery and be posted to the division’s website. Insurers are also encouraged to allow consumers to attest to being affected by the fires and in good faith try to provide relief. In using the table of ZIP codes, insurers are encourages to consider any alternative workplaces for employees or secondary business locations that may be outside of the principle place of business location and were affected by an evacuation order.
