On November 23, 2011, pursuant to Section 36a-468a of the Connecticut General Statutes, Enbic Employees Credit Union, Inc. , Simsbury, Connecticut, a Connecticut credit union and 360 Federal Credit Union , Windsor Locks, Connecticut, a federally chartered credit union, filed an application for the merger of Enbic Employees Credit Union, Inc. , with and into 360 Federal Credit Union, Inc.
